Our privacy commitment

LedgerFlow is privacy-first by design. We built it for accountants who handle sensitive client financial data, so protecting that data is central to how the Service works.

Files you upload

When you upload a bank statement, it is processed in memory to extract transaction data. We do not store your uploaded PDF files on our servers after the conversion is complete.

The extracted data (the preview table and any exported Excel/CSV file) is generated for your session and downloaded to your device.

Passwords for protected PDFs

If your statement is password protected, the password you enter is used only to unlock that file for processing. It is not stored.

Information we collect

We may collect basic, non-identifying usage analytics (such as page views and feature usage) to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function and, where applicable, privacy-respecting analytics.

Third-party services

We may use reputable infrastructure and analytics providers to operate the Service. These providers are bound by their own data-protection obligations.

Your rights

You may contact us to ask about the data we hold relating to you and request its deletion where applicable.
