By accessing or using LedgerFlow (the “Service”), a product of Metrivance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

LedgerFlow lets you upload PDF bank statements and convert them into structured Excel or CSV files. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any document you submit. You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to process documents you are not authorised to access.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data before relying on it for accounting, tax, or financial reporting purposes.

4. File handling

Uploaded files are processed in memory to extract transaction data and are not stored on our servers after processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. No professional advice

LedgerFlow is a data-conversion tool and does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional for such advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrivance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from inaccuracies in extracted data or use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
